01Is the name serious?
No. It's a joke, and T-shirts are all we sell. We're not connected to any tax authority, government agency, bank or payment service, and we don't give tax, financial or legal advice.
02Is icommittaxfrauds a real business?
Yes. icommittaxfrauds is a Sri Lankan graphic tee label. The name is a joke. The shirts are real.
03Who runs it?
The person who draws the shirts also answers the WhatsApp.
04How do pre-orders work?
Each FILE opens for a short pre-order window. You order on WhatsApp while it's open, and pay by bank transfer. We print after the window closes, check each shirt, and send it by courier. The delivery date is in the window announcement, before you pay.
05How do I pay?
By bank transfer to our registered business. The options, including paying part now, go up with the price, before the window opens.
06When is my order confirmed?
When the money shows in our bank account and we message you to say so. Slips and screenshots can be edited, so they don't confirm an order on their own. Same rule for everyone.
07What if the window is cancelled?
You get every rupee back by bank transfer within 7 days.
08When will it arrive?
The delivery date goes in the window announcement, before anyone pays.
09What if the size is wrong?
The size chart and the exchange policy go up before the window opens.
10How do I reach a person?
Message us on Instagram. Usually within a day.
11Under 18?
Ask a parent or guardian to order for you.
