Delivery, exchanges and returns

Nothing is for sale yet. The full delivery, exchange and returns policy goes here before the FILE 001 window opens, checked by a professional.

What we can say now

• Shirts are printed after the window closes, then sent by courier.
• The delivery date is in the window announcement, before you pay.
• If we cancel a window, every rupee comes back within 7 days.
• A faulty print or a damaged shirt: we replace it or refund it, including delivery.
