Every shirt is printed by DTF in Sri Lanka, after the window closes. Four layers, pressed into one.

The design is printed onto clear film, which peels away after pressing.

Ink
Colour first, then a white base, so it stays bright on a black tee.

Adhesive
A powder melted onto the ink. Heat bonds it to the fabric.

The oversized tee. Fabric and weight are posted before the window opens.

03How do pre-orders work?
Each FILE opens for a short pre-order window. You order on WhatsApp while it's open, and pay by bank transfer. We print after the window closes, check each shirt, and send it by courier. The delivery date is in the window announcement, before you pay.
